Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion:
- Email Request: Send an email to privacy@ithinkaicorp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include: Your registered email address and username
- Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days
- In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
What Gets Deleted:
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account credentials (email, username, password)
- All uploaded videos and generated content
- AI processing history and metadata
- Social media connection tokens
- Usage analytics and preferences
- All personal information associated with your account
Data Retention Exceptions:
We may retain certain information for legal compliance:
- Transaction records (as required by law)
- Security logs (for fraud prevention, retained up to 90 days)
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics (non-personal data)
After Deletion:
- Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- Content posted to social media platforms will remain on those platforms (you must delete separately)
